Packaging Detail
Outer Protective Packaging: Use ISPM 15-compliant plywood crates (fumigation-free for global logistics) to resist impacts during sea/land transport. Crates are custom-sized to fit the mini tiller, with reinforced corners and bottom boards for load-bearing (supports up to 150kg, suitable for stacking in containers).
Inner Cushioning & Fixing: Wrap the tiller body (especially the diesel engine, electric start components, and blades) in thick EPE foam + anti-scratch bubble film. Use plastic straps or foam blocks to secure the tiller inside the crate, preventing shaking that may damage parts during transit.
